Service Description
Meditation is an opportunity to slow down and be present. You can practice meditation in the morning to set intentions for your day, or in the evening to let go of your day. You can also use meditation as a tool to manage stress, manifest something you desire, or connect with the moon. During this guided meditation you have the opportunity to design the meditation based on what you would like to get out of it. We will have a brief discussion at the beginning to set your intentions and I will create the meditation based on your intention. I look forward to guiding you through your next meditation practice!
